1. Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a designated third party (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the items.

2. Standard Returns
If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, the items must be returned in their original condition. Please send the return package to the following address:

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you have the right to a resolution. Please contact our support team at origami@papersculptkit.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
You must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage in your correspondence. Upon review of the photographic evidence, we will process a full refund or dispatch a replacement. You are not required to return the damaged item to us once the evidence has been accepted.
4. Delayed Deliveries
For our European customer base, we partner with established logistics providers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority. Should your order exceed the standard delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will immediately initiate a formal investigation with the respective carrier. Based on the actual findings of this investigation, we will resolve the matter by issuing a full refund or sending a replacement shipment.
5. Refund Processing and Payment Methods
All approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method used during checkout. We process refunds for transactions made via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and applicable digital wallets.
Please allow up to 72 hours for the refunded amount to reflect on your statement, as processing times vary depending on the financial institution.
